- Did you know that you can search for the weather during the party selection screen while on a raid? All you need to do is search for @weather, and it will show all Pokemons that are weather boosted. This tip is very handy to find out the weather, especially if you didn’t pay attention to the weather prior to the raid.
- For faster UI navigation, you can simply tap on the left or right portion of the screen when on the Pokedex screen, or other similar screens to navigate instead of having to swipe. Swiping on the screen might be fancier, but tapping is just more convenient and fast. In terms of fast UI navigation, the menu leading to your items, the shop, Pokedex, and Pokemons can be opened with just one gesture.
- Another UI shortcut is converting a private lobby to a public lobby by pressing the orange button on the lobby screen. The window that opens after capturing a Pokemon can be closed by tapping on the screen out of that window.
- The +search function will allow you to filter every Pokemon that contains a species name, allowing you to find Pokemons you want easily. The lesser known fact is that the +search function will also work on nicknames that you assign to your Pokemons. You can use this to your advantage by giving your favorite Pokemons similar nicknames.
