What Are The Healthiest Detox Diets?

What are the healthiest detox diets?

Before I start to explain the healthiest detox diets I would like to tell you guys more about me and how I lost 15 pounds within one month. No, it is not a joke and there is even prove of me losing weight. I did not use just any diet pill that guarantees you weight loss with no effort or any product that you got to pay so much money for and in the end, you have gained weight instead of losing it. This is where before you try anything else you should look at the coolsculpting process which is a really effective way to lose weight. If you are wondering how much CoolSculpting for stomach costs? Then you should check this link and see for yourself how affordable this process is.

Let me start how I lost weight and detoxed my body in a short period of time. One of the things that I did was I went to a Chinese store and purchased Lipo Trim 5. Lipo Trim 5 does not guarantees weight loss, what it does is burn calories, reduces body fat, controls your appetite, activates your metabolism, increases your energy, and it is 100% herbal ingredients. Of course, the pill does not do the work on its own. You have to discipline yourself first, make a commitment that you will go through it and make sure you are going to stick to it.

In order to make this pill work, you have to exercise and eat properly and no I don’t mean a diet. For example, I wake up in the morning and I drink a pill, which I forgot to mention is just a pill a day. I wait 30 minutes and for my breakfast, I get a glass of orange or apple juice, with fruit and scrambled eggs with a little bit of cheese, or to make it more simple, a glass of 100% juice of any kind I like and cereal with fruit on the side. That is all I eat in the morning and once I eat breakfast I wait another 30 minutes until I am ready to exercise. Many people see or hear the word exercise and people are quick to run away from the word. Exercising is fun only if you know how to make it fun. When exercising I always have an I pod, water and always keep in mind why I am exercising. Always remember to drink plenty of water. I have a bow flex at home that I use 25 minutes every two days and I walk every day. Not many people can afford a bow flex so you can substitute it for jogging and walking with little weights or an exercise ball which works great and makes wonders, it is just the same. If you have any kids, you can make your kids the excuse of exercising, for example, there are times that I take my 15 yr old sister to go to the park and walk around or I get friends to go with me and we’ll walk, talk and laugh all at the same time and once all that is done you will realize you guys have been walking for an hour or if not more.

Once I do my exercise for the day and I go home I eat a fruit and plan on what am I going to eat for the afternoon or for lunch. You can always make your proportion of meat, vegetables, and fruits without a problem. If you want meat with vegetables and fruit then you can go ahead and eat your meat, vegetables with fruit just make sure to make it proportionate. If you like your rice, beans, and chicken like I do make a proportion and eat less of it instead and don’t lay down, go to sleep or get a rest. Keep yourself occupied until your food is processed. When evening comes and you get hungry you can eat something but it cannot be too heavy for your stomach and once again don’t lay down, go to sleep or get a rest. One thing that I always make is Jello. The reason why I make a lot of Jello is that Jello does not contain a lot of sugar and it is mostly water.

Now do not eat after 7:30 pm If hungry a Jello or fruit would be fine and drink water before going to sleep.

This is my way of losing weight and it is amazing how I can still eat moderately, exercise and still lose weight, feeling great without starving myself or without making diets that will make me gain weight instead.

Let’s talk about the detox of the body without pills. There are so many ways to detox your body without pills like Prune Juice. Prune Juice is a great way to detox your body and when detoxing your body with Prune Juice it can always help you lose weight along with your exercising program. Prune Juice and other berries can help you detox your body, speed up your metabolism, reduce fat especially if you are exercising regularly and they have vitamins that are great for your body. Try it, when least expect it you will also lose weight and feel great by the end of the month. There is nothing else better to know that you can lose weight by still eating healthy, making exercising fun and by detoxing your body with berries and juices that do not cause harm to your body.

Why Your Hair Color Keeps Turning Brassy

Dying your hair can turn into an addiction and vicious cycle real fast. I was a typical scenario: I wanted to dye my hair a nice rich brown for fall, and when I walked out of the salon, it looked great. Following all my hair dresser’s color tips, I bought expensive color-preserving shampoo, I didn’t wash my hair right away after dying it, yet it was orange about four or five months later. I go back into the salon, re-dye it, except this time it only lasts three months! I tried to convince myself the orange was maybe a nice strawberry blonde look, but who was I kidding?!

Has this ever happened to you? It’s very frustrating and it’s difficult to break out of the cycle without further damaging your hair. Here’s why it happens:

My hair dresser told me that some people have more difficulty holding hair color than others. Typically, those people have damaged, porous hair. You’ll know if you’re one of “those people” if you go into a salon, have your hair dyed brown, and whoa…it’s almost black. This is because your damaged hair has lost its keratin seal and the porous layer underneath quickly absorbs the color. In fact, it absorbs the color so well it tends to over-saturate it. This was the case for me. Don’t panic yet if this happens to you because over the course of the next week or so, your black hair will slowly begin fading to that rich chocolate brown you wanted. This is great, but don’t rest easy yet. A few months pass by and your hair keeps fading and fading into a brassy copper tone. If only there was a pause button! Just as quickly as your porous hair absorbs dye, it also loses it because the color has nothing to hold on to and quickly leeches and washes from your holy tresses.

If you keep going back to the salon and have your hair re-dyed or glazed over to add some ash tones to counteract the copper, you’ve entered a viscous cycle that needs to stop. It’s no surprise that dying your hair damages it, and the more you dye it, the more porous it becomes. The more porous it becomes, the shorter it holds your desired color. And then you go back to have it dyed again.

Can you fix it or prevent it from happening? Your stylist may recommend some special shampoos and products to prolong your color, racking up your bill even higher with every visit. I have an easy and free way to solve your hair-dye woes. You may not want to hear this, but the only surefire solution to fixing your damaged and over-processed hair from constantly changing and fading is to stop dying it. It’s a gusty move to make, but letting your virgin, healthy, and non-porous hair grow back in is the best route to go. In a few years (or depending on how long your hair takes to regrow) you can start on a clean slate if you wish and dye your hair again. You’ll find that the color will hold much longer, perhaps even years to the point that you no longer have to go to the top laser hair removal clinic in Brampton.

It’s been two years since I’ve dyed, flat ironed, or blow dried my hair. I cut as much coppery hair off as I could tolerate (chin-length). Now my natural dark ash blonde color has finally come back in and only my ends remain discolored. My hair is now half-way down my back and healthier than ever and I certainly don’t plan on dying my hair for a very long time. It’s too much work!

This is my not-so-quick, but easy, affordable, and (most importantly) guaranteed way to fix your color-fading catastrophe.

The Right Kind Of Shave: Avon Skin So Soft Shave Gel

When it comes to shaving legs for women, they need something that is going to create soft and silky legs. It’s harsh and painful when our legs become dry and scratchy. It creates an uncomfortable feeling when we are trying to sport our favorite dress or skirt. It’s especially embarrassing when we are wearing our favorite bathing suit for the summer as well. Sometimes, it can get just plain confusing when we are shopping for that perfect shaving gel at the store. In order to keep the skin soft, the selection of the elektrorasierer from online sites should be done. The girls can wear short dresses with comfort and roam in the market.

One great shaving gel that women can try is the Avon Skin So Soft Shave Gel. Its name, “Skin So Soft, Smooth and Silky Stay Shave Gel,” describes the product perfectly. The bright blue silky gel squirts out of the bottle to lather up into nice rich foam, which makes it easy for women to shave their legs without the fear of cutting themselves. The price of this beauty product is also very cost effective and can be purchased at five dollars each from the Avon website, or from your local Avon representative. While you may be on a budget, this gel is a great beauty supply to have on hand and is worth the amount of money that you spend on it. It also lasts for a while, as you don’t need a lot of the gel for the shaving process either.

While the gel creates a silky effect for you to shave your legs, it doesn’t have much of a scent. This product is wonderful for those who have sensitive noses and need unscented products. It is actually a very light and clean fresh smell that leaves your legs feeling soft and smooth. After rubbing the blue gel gently across your legs, your razor will glide across preventing any scary shaving accidents in the shower or the tub.

After trying to many different foams and gels, Avon’s Skin So Soft shaving gel is definitely a product that many women should try if they aren’t already trying it. It is also great for sensitive skin too and shouldn’t cause any breakouts. Most of Avon’s beauty products are usually light and lush, and this one definitely adds up with the rest of their very competitive products and supplies.

So if you have had a stressful day, and need something easy to shave with, Avon’s Skin So Soft gel will be an easy and accessible product to use. Take some quiet time to retreat to the bathroom, fill up your bathtub with your favorite bubble bath, and finish your relaxation with the shaving gel to create nice soft and smooth legs. And after your are finished, you can try on your favorite dress or skirt, and then let your husband be the judge of this great product from Avon. After seeing the results, he might just let you purchase it without an argument.

Liposuction - Speedy Recovery Guide After Surgery

When all other weight reduction methods and procedures have failed, liposuction offers a fairly reliable way of reducing the stubborn fat from areas like the buns, arms, legs, hips and abdomen.

Liposuction for men in Michigan is quite costly but it guarantees in getting rid of fat.

This operation falls in the general category of cosmetic surgery and is not considered as part of the main stream medical procedure.

The effects of the liposuction operation and the recovery period will vary from one person to another and will depend also on the extensiveness of the operation and where it was performed. As a rule of thumb, the following can be expected when one contemplates undergoing the procedure:

– Full recovery can take up to three months

– The pain of the operation will normally last up to 10 days

– Numbness may continue for a few months while the damaged nerves are reconnected.

– The swelling should disappear in about a fortnight.

These times given are very general and should not be taken as fixed. Medical advice should be sought if the recovery seems to be taking long as there could be other factors causing the delay or speeding up the recovery.

Everyone who has liposuction will experience some degree of discomfort and pain for some days following the procedure, but one can expect to resume work, with the doctor’s sanction in within a fortnight. An analgesic will be required, at least for the first few hours or days after the operation, but must be discontinued as soon as possible. No heavy exercises should be attempted for at least a month, without medical advice to the contrary as this could damage the stitching or cause infection.
While liposuction will remove the excess body-fat the process is temporary. An exercise, diet regime or both must be followed to prevent the fat building-up again.

Below are some steps that will guide you in increasing the speed of recovery while maintaining a high level of health.

– Have someone with you during the first few days following surgery as fainting has been know to occur.

– Drink a lot of liquids like water, health concoctions and fruit juice. Do not imbibe intoxicating substances that contain alcohol. It is also recommended that alcohol be stopped before the operation as it can adversely affect the recovery.

– Avoid swimming or any water sport and do not be tempted by the Jacuzzi or sauna either as infection could set in to your detriment.

– Reduce the threat of infection by not using harsh cleaning substances at/near the affected area.

– Change the dressing at the recommended intervals.

– Do not use anything like ice, hot water or ointments to the skin for the pain or swelling as this could retard recovery.

– Seek medical advice on the type of pressure wear you will put on post-operation. This should allow drainage to take place without encouraging infection.

– Avoid tight fitting or heavy clothing during the recovery period. Clothing made from cotton materials is highly recommended.

– You may want to use the services of a trainer or masseur after you recover.

Three Ventures into the World of Hair Removal

Beauty can be painful. Every woman- and even some men- have put themselves through multitudes of painful experiences in the name of beauty. One big trend that’s been going to decades is waxing. Waxing is a simple idea- smear wax on, stick a cloth strip to the wax, and then rip the strip off, in theory taking the hair with it, like a giant, super sticky band-aid. How is it that a woman can do this- rip hair out by the root- and still be afraid of a spider?

Well, my attempt at joining the thousands of waxers out there did not go so well. My first product was Veet’s Ready to Use Wax Strips. While they may have been the least messy and the easiest to use, they simply didn’t remove the hair from my leg, making the whole painful process useless. The strip was easy to apply, easy to peel off- if somewhat painful, though it really wasn’t that bad, but it only removed less a third of the hair. That is when I even considered opting for some of the aesthetic treatments for clients in New Jersey.

The second product I tried was Sally Hanson’s Spa Body Wax and Hair Remover Kit. This product seemed more professional than Veet’s pre-waxed strips, but it turns out, this kit too was a bust. While the waxed heated easily and could be easily spread with the included tongue depressors, once again, the strips simply did not remove all the hair. While this product did remove more than Veet, it also left more redness and irritation behind- not to mention wax! That sticky stuff spread easily- a little too easily! Within minutes, it was everywhere! My fingers, my legs, even my elbow! Panic set in- my toddler was about to wake from her nap and I had to get this stuff off fast! I read the directions, but they said nothing! Nothing! Uh, oh. Now what? I tried soap, cold water, hot water, even scrub! Nothing worked. Until I decided to just try the bottle of oil meant for the skin after waxing- and off it came. Whew! I had feared living a few days with sticky hands and legs.

So after all this trial, I still had hairy legs, some redness, and irritation. So, do I give up? Of course not. I decided to next try Nair’s new Shower Power cream. What through me off about this product was that for $7.99 a tube, there really wasn’t much cream. I might get two uses, maybe three if I’m lucky. The cream had that lovely stench that hair remover has and freezing cold to apply. I followed the directions, applying generously with the applicator sponge and letting it set before getting into the shower. Compared to the waxing, this one was much less painful! The sponge had a rough, porous side that when used to remove the cream, took the hair with it. However, much of the removal was uneven and the sponge left a few welts on my legs from the roughness. In the end, while less painful, the Nair Cream still did not compare to the smoothness and coverage of a sharp razor, and my razor doesn’t leave welts on my legs. After all this, I think I’ll just stick my razor.

Treating Spastic Disorders with Botox Injections

There are many ways to help anyone who may have muscle spastic disorders regardless of muscle tightness, dystonia, or even a disability. There were so many times my muscles used to seize up on me. This situation occurred with me because I was born with a spastic disorder called “dystonia”. It affected mostly my right arm and shoulder. After seeing several doctors, one suggested to me that I try a hospital for treatments called “The Cleveland Clinic” to treat my dystonia. After discussing several options, there was one treatment that I agreed to try which had helped me on and off for a few years. This treatment was called Botulism or “Botox” Injections. Amazingly, it was the same botox that many people use for treating wrinkles. A common belief that surrounds people is that BOTOX Cosmetic is a safe, effective treatment for their facial issues.

Botox is first applied when they give you several injections inserted into your affected muscles for the purpose to release spasticity that you may have. The first step is knowing where the Botox is going to be placed. The muscle is then marked, by your doctor, with a pen. After its marked, they cover that area with a special cream which makes your skin numb. You are then hooked up connected with wires connected to a special machine by a monitor. Your doctor finally injects Botox through the skin into the spastic muscles using a very special designed needle.

Botox is a special substance that helps block the infected muscle from getting spastic. Botox does not cure plasticity, however. The botox which makes it block into the muscles goes into effect between the first 1 – 2 weeks after you are injected. The effects last between three to six months. So after that time, the spasticity usually comes back. You may need to get additional treatments for more botox injections after the last ones wear off after the three to six months are over. Unfortunately, after a long period of time taking it, you may develop antibodies so you may never have it done again. It is a good idea to ask your doctor about the pros and cons of botox injections.

The benefits of Botox Injections are:

  1. It relieves constant muscle spasms or tightness
  2. Your muscles will be more flexible in an average between 3 – 6 months
  3. Therapy treatments will be easier

For anyone who would have similar spastic muscles like myself, I still encourage anybody who is lucky enough to try botox injections whose body muscles can be very spastic to help relieve muscle discomfort. I never recalled any hardships with botox injections. It is so ideal for any individuals who may have it severe. The time frame like myself could vary with anyone when the effects of the botox go through. It is usually no more than 2 weeks. If you are able to get it, just make sure a doctor discusses the botox treatments with you very carefully. This treatment alone can change your life.

A Product Review of Perfect Finish: Neutralizing After Wash by Epil-Stop

Is Epil-Stiop’s Perfect Finish: Neutralizing AfterWash the product for you? That sort of depends on how effective a product it is. To start, the question is: what is this Neutralizing AfterWash hoping to accomplish? It makes fairly modest claims. Normal chemical hair removers dissolve hair away, but some can leave chemical residue behind. It’s hard to see if that residue is still there: your legs will look smooth and clean initially. The damage comes later, when some people discover red blotches on their smooth skin, unattractive bumps, and a general appearance of irritation. That can ruin a trip to the beach awfully quick. This product, meant to be used after a chemical hair remover, promises to make sure that what goes on comes off, and no chemical residue is left behind.

How You Know Perfect Finish: Neutralizing AfterWash is Working:

One of the great things about this product is that you tell if it’s working by just looking at it. It come out of the tube as a weird, honey-colored gel, but as soon as you apply it to your skin, it turns pink in the presence of chemical residue, and lathers up white when there is none. Since, as a consumer, I don’t take much on faith, I tried this out myself. I used a chemical hair remover on one leg, soap on the other, and then washed them both off. Next, I applied this product. To my surprise, it did in fact turn pink on the leg I used a chemical hair remover on, but not on the other leg. I was hoping that this product can be as effective as laser hair removal from a New Jersey plastic surgeon.

What is the Neutralizing AfterWash’s Ease of Use:

Another good aspect of this product is that it’s really easy to use. You just lather it on, look at the color, and rinse, repeating until it lathers up white. If you forget which way the color transition works, there is a nifty guide on the back of the tube. Also, you don’t have to struggle to block your nose when you use this product, because – unlike many things associated with chemical hair removers – there is no terrible smell. It does have a fragrance, but it’s light and reminds me of soap.

Problems with Epil-Stop’s Neutralizing AfterWash:

I didn’t really encounter very many problems with this product. If I had to name something, it might be that you use it up pretty quickly. I used about a ¼ of the tube on my first try. Additionally, this product is somewhat hard to find in-store. I went to a variety of drug stores and never saw it on the shelves (I found my product, incidentally, in the end of an isle in the Dollar Store, so at least price wasn’t an issue). It is, however, readily available online.

You Should Use the Product If:

If you’ve ever had skin irritation problems with chemical hair removers, this is probably what you’ve been looking for. It’s easy, fast, and it’ll save the day when you want to venture out into the sun in short shorts or a bikini. However, if you’ve never experienced irritation or dry skin, or are a resolute advocate of waxing, this probably won’t affect you much.

Overall, my experience with Epil-Stop’s Perfect Finish: Neutralizing AfterWash was a really nice one; this is a great product, sold at a good price, and though its claim is modest, it meets its own goals.

Buttock Augmentation

The booty business is booming. Although Jennifer Lopez received that most hype, there are plenty of other women in Hollywood and in every nook and cranny on the face of this earth with pleasantly plumped bottoms. Brazil claims to be the birthplace of creating beautiful buttocks. Buttock implants have been popular among the natives and worth the trip for tourists that also wished to maximize, minimize or re-shape.

ASAPS (America Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) estimate a total of nearly 4000 butt implants were performed between the years of 2003 and 2004. This count of “bottom” feeding skyrocketed within months and became just as or more popular than breast implants. Coincidently, just like breast implants many of the patients are seeking a more sumptuous rear-end, increased confidence and obviously a new beginning being that the highest percentage are 35 years of age and up.

Surgeons and collective legions of surgeons insist that most patients understand that plastic surgery should not be thought of as an easy route to perfection but viewed as improvement. And although all will boast and brag of their accomplishments and successful procedures, they will also encourage someone who is considering butt augmentation surgery, to shop around. All surgeons do not perform this surgery, regularly. You should search for a surgeon that does at least one butt implant surgery per week.

Types of Procedures Being Performed

Fat Transfer Injections
During this procedure, fat is extracted from one body part and then injected into the layers of your buttocks.
This procedure is simple because the body will not reject its own fat in which liposuction is used to remove fat from back, thighs, tummy or hips. The final results of this procedure can not full determined until the recovery period because there is no way to know how much fat will be absorbed. Sometimes it is necessary to undergo multiple procedures to achieve the desired shape and size.

Implants

Implants are solid silicone inserts that are placed between the cheeks, below the gluteus muscles, and above the pelvic bone. This so it will not move. This procedure is suggested for smaller boned patients because there is usually not enough fat to extract from their bodies for the latter procedure.

Risks and Complications

Now there is the regular pain and stiffness that should be expected following any surgery for anything. Most patients are prescribed something for the pain, antibiotics and inflammatory medications. If you have heard that butt implants could shift, well yes, they can go awry and cause the butt to look lop-sided. There is also a possibility of the implants rupturing but consider this a rare occurrence and don’t let it affect your decision.

Pricing

There is a host of people who would get cosmetic procedures if only they had an extra $5000 lying around. The range for most butt augmentation procedures is between $3000-$1000. Start your budget at about $4000 to be safe. There is also an option to finance. Just like a car or house, you can put your booty on a payment plan.

The Legwork That Must Be Done…Research, Research, and More Research

Word of Mouth for Your Butt

It is very natural and heavily suggested to ask for references. There are patients who have happily agreed to share their experiences. Ask for testimonials, direct contacts or to see a sample of the procedure being performed. This is sure to help solidify your decision.

Know What You Want

This is not one of those things where you go to a doctor, pick a butt you like, buy it and leave the office. According to your height, weight and body type, seek out shape and size that would compliment you. Pictures of what you like would be great, wonderful even. Draw one if you have to. Present this to the surgeon that you are considering so that you are both on the same page. Divulge all information concerning your current state of health including medications you are taking, your diet and exercise regimen and what you are expecting from the surgery.

What’s Up Doc?

Your preferred surgeon should, explain the options thoroughly. ALL of the question marks in your head, should be answered before you swipe your credit card. What it will cost? Is financing offered? What procedure he/she thinks will be best for you? What type of anesthesia will be used? What happens during the procedure? Who assists in the surgery? What to expect during recovery? What are the risk/complications? What will happen when you come back into the office after the surgery has healed and settled?

Most plastic surgery veterans will tell you to find out as much as you can and to not think of any question as a stupid. It’s your body and you cannot afford to be an experiment. All plastic surgery is a life decision and should not b e approached as just something to do.

The process is similar to sculpting and the best surgeons are the sculptures. You just need to see the body sculpting before and after pictures for yourself to believe it.

Hands age more quickly because the produce less of the lubricating oils found in other parts of your body. Plus women spend of extra time in water draining your skin even more of it’s youth building oil nutrients. Putting lotion on your hands though, isn’t enough. Some enemies of the skin on your hand besides water are sunlight and free radicals. Sunlight causes those brown spots and ages the thin skin on your hands. Free radicals make hands skin look old and tired.

It’s time to make some real changes in your skin. So, first lets talk about reversing those signs of aging, then we’ll talk about what you need to do to maintain your skin’s youthful appearance. What Makes A Good Lipstick?

So many shades and so many types of Lipstick that can be found in the market can make the act of finding one indeed, really confusing. With that said, it’s easy to be caught up with the myriad of brands offering what looks like the same shade and type of lipstick. If you don’t want this to happen to you, here are some things that you should look into when you buy the next lipstick, whether it be Lip Care Spot or any other brand.

Long-Lasting

While it’s normal to have smudges every now and then, it would really be of great inconvenience if you were to have to retouch every now and then, as you see your lips with an uneven shade. Waterproof may not be necessarily the best option, but the rule of thumb is that you would only have to apply every few hours or so, and not more than that.

It Smells Pleasant

There are different means for you to define pleasant, but some lipsticks actually have a weird waxy smell that may not sit well with a lot of women, and even those that get to smell it. The lipstick should have trace amounts of perfume, in such a way that it is enough to make your lipstick smell good, but not too much to overwhelm your sense of smell.

It does not dehydrate your Lips

Some lipsticks have the undesirable behaviour of drying out lips. This is something that you do not want to happen. Most of the time, dried out lips will eventually cause them to bleed out and look flaky, which is far from desirable. Get lipstick that comes with natural oils like Vitamin E and Jojoba oils, as these help to lock the natural moisture of your lips in.
